
Rustic Honey & Oat Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup honey

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix oats, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, whisk butter, honey, egg, and vanilla extract.

Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until well blended.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
