🌿 What Makes Our Eggs Different?

• Unwashed & Unrefrigerated:
  Our eggs come straight from the nest box to you—unwashed and unrefrigerated. Why? Because each egg is naturally coated in a protective “bloom” that keeps bacteria out and freshness in. As long as they stay unwashed and at a stable room temperature, they’ll last for 2–3 weeks without refrigeration. (Once washed, they should be stored in the fridge.)

• Pasture-Raised Lifestyle:
  Our hens roam, forage, and dust-bathe like chickens are meant to. They eat a diet rich in grains, greens, and garden goodies—which makes their eggs full of color, flavor, and nutrition.

• Beautiful, Mixed Baskets:
  We raise several breeds, which means you might find brown, tan, speckled, or even green eggs in your carton. They’re all clean, fresh, and delicious.

• Store them in a cool, dry place (out of direct sunlight)

• Don’t wash them until right before use

• Want to refrigerate them? Wash first, then store cold

• Freshness test: place an egg in water—if it lays flat, it’s still fresh!
