
Garden-Fresh Tomato Basil Soup
Fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor, this Garden-Fresh Tomato Basil Soup is a comforting bowl of warmth. Made with homegrown tomatoes and fragrant basil, it’s the perfect lunch to enjoy with a slice of crusty bread.
Ingredients:

2 lbs fresh tomatoes, chopped

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups vegetable broth

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté until soft.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes until softened.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer for 20 minutes.
